New route. From Twin Lakes around the felled area of forest (long route first) - across towards Tunnel Gully - Bee line - track past Gliding Club - shorter route back.

Barely noticed the groin problem, so felt OK.

Groin still slightly sore, but very much in the background now. Didn't push at all though.

Fairly gentle because groin was a bit sore the whole way. Was hoping to do a bit more but didn't feel that I could.

The Whitemans Valley loop CW.

Getting quite a few twinges from groin to start with, but they eased off and it felt fine during the second half of the ride. Kept it fairly gentle to start with and also lost a bit of time taking it easy on a longish just-resurfaced section of road in the valley.

Groin is still sore but recovering.

Golf with Oli on the Terrace course. Pretty average - 45.

Groin quite a loss less painful than last night but still fairly constantly sore while walking. Didn't affect the golf though.
