CSW - Colonial Park - Red medium - 3.3Km 250m

Forgot glasses, so was navigating without being able to read much of the detail and having to guess a bit what was happening in the circle. However, it worked out pretty well. Only very minor time losses were at controls 4 and 10 where in both cases the control was lower than expected and not my fault that I lost a few seconds. Running felt good.

Appears that everyone else was making mistakes ...

Golf at RW with Alan, Mark and Mike(?).
Qualifier for Club Championship, so playing off the blue tees. So reasonably happy with a 98 (34 points) which was probably my worst day's putting for a while.

From Dry Creek up Boulder Hill and back around the loop

On the way back from MRI heart scan so feeling a little nervous setting off, but actually feeling pretty good and just managed to break 30 minutes for the climb. Not so quick later as conditions were fairly slippery.

Strong northerly so hard work going down the valley, but felt pretty good and kept up a decent tempo throughout.
