The Whitemans Valley loop ACW Usually organise cycling to coincide with good weather, but given the ankle problem didn't have much choice but to set out into the wind and rain. Actually felt pretty good and ankle felt much better cycling than walking round the house!

Hills - 3 long, 6 short, 3 long Felt really good physically. Legs felt fresh after so little running and was able to run hard. However, ankle a bit sore from the start. Noticed it less later but think it's a bit more swollen this evening. Probably no running for a few days.
