To the Moonshine / Bulls Run Road junction and back. Good hard workout to get ready for 24 hours of sitting on a plane!
Ankle still a bit swollen and sore.

Golf at RW with Alan. 98 (34 points). Best I can remember playing for a long time, but no luck at all.

Usually organise cycling to coincide with good weather, but given the ankle problem didn't have much choice but to set out into the wind and rain. Actually felt pretty good and ankle felt much better cycling than walking round the house!

Hills - 3 long, 6 short, 3 long
Felt really good physically. Legs felt fresh after so little running and was able to run hard.
However, ankle a bit sore from the start. Noticed it less later but think it's a bit more swollen this evening. Probably no running for a few days.
