Running 2:03:21 [3] 22.0 km (5:36 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

From SH2 bridge over river, down E side to Silverstream Bridge (in a little TMP). KGMP to Haywards Valley - up the ridge, right round the top of St Pats forest and down Moonshine Rd

Took a while to get into it - not tired, but body a bit sore from all those fence crossings and yesterday's golf. o problem physically otherwise.

Note

Golf at RW in wet conditions. 104 (31 points). Awful first 5 holes, very unlucky & sandy finish (10), but not bad in between.

Orienteering race 41:39 [3] 6.0 km (6:57 / km)
shoes: VJ Falcon

NISS long - Hautope - Senior Girls - 5.0Km 290m
Usual ridiculous no-fences-on-the-map job. So frustrating. And there seemed to be an awful lot of them. Quite enjoyable otherwise. Very clean but lost 2 minutes at 11 which was in the wrong place. Would have been silly to put it where it was shown on the map, but I fought through the brambles to get there only to see it way up above where it should have been. Fell over in the brambles getting back there, cut myself to pieces and said some things rather loudly that maybe I shouldn't have said.
Fine physically.

Orienteering race 16:00 [4] 3.0 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-talon 212

NISS Sprint - Te Aute College - Senior Girls course
Interesting mixture of fairly boring farmland and tight tricky legs around the school. A little rusty, but good to have to push hard in a race - feels like it's been a while. Too many fence crossings led to SI being a bit sore during the evening.

Running 50:50 [5] 9.0 km (5:39 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

Hills - normal hill not available due to logging so had to use the other one which is now too overgrown at the top and bottom. Each interval now about 70s.
Did 2 x 5 which is probably a bit easy, but it's the first time for a while. No problems.

Running 56:59 [3] 10.0 km (5:42 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 Blue

St Pats loop. From the nearer SH2 car park, up the river, up Lockwood, then the middle track.
Feeling rather jetlagged beforehand - took a while for the body to get into it, but running pretty well over the second half.
