Running 1:36:15 [3] 15.0 km (6:25 / km) +500m 5:30 / km
shoes: Air Pegasus 30 Darker blue

From the car park just below the landfil in Porirua, ACW loop via Colonial Knob, a lot of it on tracks I hadn't done before - a really long MTB track up the hill through the native bush, and more new tracks on the way back down (via part of what used to be the Tikara map). Good route.
A bit stiff and sore - never felt quite comfortable the whole way, but progressing reasonably.

First time with the repaired Garmin, but as usual it stopped getting the GPS signal for a few K near the start.

Cricket 1:05:00 [3]

1-dayer vs Vic Uni (a team we haven't played before).
Easy win, but my contribution was minimal. Out to my 3rd ball. For 5.
Finger is still a problem - still no chance of bowling.

Running 49:57 [3] 8.0 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Pegasus 30 Blue

BMR - Ecclesfield reserve - Witako, standard route.
A bit stiff and sore, but not too bad once I got going. Outside of right shin got sore yesterday. Was OK today until somewhere going up the hill in Witako, and was then a bit sore the rest of the way.

Orienteering race 28:34 [4] 4.0 km (7:09 / km)
shoes: VJ Falcon

O-Max Mt Vic (E. side)
Fortunately mostly on paths. Struggled a bit because I forgot to take my glasses and only realised part way to the first control that I couldn't really read the map. Consequently ran past the control and lost about a minute. Not too much of a problem the rest of the time, though had to try and remember as much as possible whenever running through open areas where the light was OK!

Cycling 59:53 [3] 25.31 km (2:22 / km)

The Whitemans Valley Loop CW
It's been 2 months one way or the other (mostly weather the past couple of weeks) but finally back on the bike. Surprised to get under the hour as it was quite windy and the bike really needs servicing.

Cricket 35:00 [1]

Nets at Fraser. Bruised finger too painful to bowl properly so gave up after a bit and just batted. Surprised that I'm finding it fairly easy.

Note

Golf at RW with Alan, Rodney & Grant. 98 (38 points). Real mixed bag, 2 birdies (8, 13) but 6 shots getting out of the greenside bunker on the 16th! Won 6&5 with Rodney.
