First day of 2-dayer v Vic Uni Forgettable. Injured fielding when hit by ball on side of knee - just a bit bruised I think but meant I was going to struggle to bat. Lasted just 2 balls when I did but not much I could have done about it this time. Bowled 3 overs, not too untidily, but no wickets.

Series of Sprint courses / exercises around Wellington College, Wellington East Girls and The Basin. Interesting running on maps that were a bit out of date. Kept having to replan at unexpected blockages, which was probably actually fairly useful training. OK physically.
