Still too sore in the back and ribs to try running, but continuing to walk every day. A couple of hours from the top of Wainui Hill to a bit beyond Mt Lowry and back today.

Rogaine from the velodrome on Mt. Vic. First time I've ever entered in the walking category, and stuck to walking the whole way, though was pushing fairly hard up the climbs. Usual frustrating rogaine randomness.
Still quite a lot of soreness, particularly mid-back.
