Sunday Feb 7 #

Running 1:38:14 [3] 14.0 km (7:01 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

Mt Climie from Tunnel Gully with loop of Tane's Track first.
A bit too warm - 27 degrees at the bottom - so a conservative pace on the way up and it still felt like very hard work. Tired by the end.

Saturday Feb 6 #

Note

Golf at RW with Alan, Servo & Mark. 96. Poor start but some reasonable stuff later once I stopped trying to protect the shoulder.

Friday Feb 5 #

Cycling 1:15:19 [3]

The longer Whitemans Valley loop ACW.
Feeling pretty good all the way although a stiff southerly made life awkward at times (but at least it was fairly cool).

Thursday Feb 4 #

Running 49:25 [3] 9.0 km (5:29 / km)
shoes: Air Pegasus 30 Darker blue

Harriers. Along river, then St Pats, then they did a short loop back via Chatsworth (easing up to do the half-ultra at the weekend), so I did Witako.
Feeling really good tonight.

Tuesday Feb 2 #

9 AM

Running 51:40 [3] 8.0 km (6:28 / km)
shoes: Air Pegasus 30 Darker blue

BMR - Witako loop via Ecclesfield Reserve
Had to run at 9am, and maybe that's why heels were a bit sore going down the hill. No problem later though. Legs tiredish.
11 AM

Note

Had to run early because today was the day for the cortisone injection. No immediate impact, which is disappointing, but hopefully will have some effect over the next few days.

Monday Feb 1 #

Cycling 1:02:48 [3] 25.31 km (2:29 / km)

The Whitemans Valley loop CW.
Oli had gone off with my bike so had to use the MTB with its slightly underinflated tyres. Harder work, particularly along the valley into a gentle southerly. Legs fairly tired.
