Running 1:26:56 [3] 14.0 km (6:13 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

From Wainui MTB Park. Up Jungle Gym then the Mt Lowry ridge to just a bit before it turns down to Days Bay, back and then down the Puriri track.
Not the intended route - there was a big MTB race on at Stratton St so Oli couldn't ride there.
Slow and careful to start with to try to protect the calf, but although it was a little grumbly at times it was basically OK. Sped up considerably for the last half hour and was feeling good by that stage.

Cycling 1:45:09 [3]

BMR - Wallaceville Hill - Te Marua - Mangaroa hill.
Felt reasonable for quite a while but then the last half hour was pretty hard work. Partly due to the warmth. Should probably have taken water with me.

Running 1:17:50 [3] 14.0 km (5:34 / km)

From Tapestry to Stokes Valley via the river - Horoeka Track (longer version) - Avro.
Sluggish and not enjoying at the start, but a lot better once onto the climb and in the bush. Then calf started hurting too much and the last 15 mins were quite painful.

Cycling 59:25 [3] 25.31 km (2:21 / km)

The Whitemans Valley loop ACW
Hard work along the valley into a decent wind, so must have been going OK to get under the hour, even if it didn't feel like it. Calf still a bit sore in general, but no problem cycling.

Cricket 1:20:00 [1]

Outdoor nets at Fraser. Slightly painful bowling, but better than last time. Batting surprisingly well.

Monday Feb 8, 2021 #

Running 58:43 [3] 10.0 km (5:52 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

Dropped at Tapestry and ran home via Guildford Spur, the track along the ridge and Avian.
With Oli for the first half - hard work up the hill but he was fading a bit after that while I was starting to feel better after a tired start.
