Sunday Feb 21 #

Running 1:28:17 [3] 14.0 km (6:18 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

Belmont Skyline from Stratton St. Up 4 degrees track, Round Knob (top), then Belmont Trig (not the top) and back.
Hard work. Body not into it from the start and it didn't get much better due to the physicality along the ridge. Very strong winds up there.

Saturday Feb 20 #

Note

Golf at RW with Alan + 2. 102, but that includes 14 on the 4th! 34 points. Poor first few holes but then playing reasonably with short game pretty good.

Friday Feb 19 #

Cycling 58:40 [3]

The Whitemans Valley loop CW
Felt like a hard grind today. Legs fairly tired and quite a lot of the second half seemed to be into the breeze.

Thursday Feb 18 #

Running 1:06:00 [3] 12.0 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: Air Pegasus 30 Darker blue

Harriers. The trail race route. Variable effort levels, some quite gentle some quite fast. Didn't much enjoy the tempo run back along the river, but felt good on the bush trails.

Wednesday Feb 17 #

Orienteering race 13:39 [5] 3.0 km (4:33 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

CSW Sprint 1 - Whitireia
As usual, great fun. Lots of intense route choice and changes of direction. Took a little while to get going after getting caught up with all the cleaning staff in a narrow passageway on the way to 1, but going well once I got up to speed although a couple of dodgy route choices.

Indoor nets at Fraser.
Some twinges from shoulder, but not too bad really.
