Golf at RW with Alan +2. 86 (45 points)
Apparently having a sore arm from the second vaccination helps the ball go straight. Easily my best round at RW and didn't even play very well round the greens - longest putt sunk was about 4 feet.

Harriers. Up the E side of the river to Totara Park then back down the other side.
Fairly sluggish to begin with, but think that was largely the humidity. Some hard sections on the bush track bits coming back and felt fairly tired afterwards.

Feeling heavy and sluggish for the first half hour, but then started feeling better and going pretty well towards the end.

Golf at RW with Alan. 93 (39 points). Generally solid, though a couple of zero pointers in the middle. Didn't sink a putt of any significant length.

To Susan's parents in Raumati. Round the valley, over the Akatarawas, short old SH1 section then along the expressway cycleway to Raumati.
Feeling quite tired most of the way, but it was fairly hard work as there was a headwind. Also fairly unpleasant weather. Fine at the beginning and end but grim over the Akatarawas. Got very cold on the descent. Felt good though for the last 20 minutes once I'd warmed up and wasn't fighting the headwind.
