HB Club event (Schools Champs) - Rotoma Red medium - 5.16Km
Pleasant as farmland goes with a couple of more interesting controls, but still basically very easy. Irritating fences as usual.
Felt reasonable physically though didn't really try to push hard.

Golf at Bridge Pa - 100 (27 points). One of those days. Could have played worse and shot 90.

Out of practice! Hard work at the end and was pretty tired afterwards.

Loop towards town across and up to the end of Kopanga and back. On the roads as it's been so wet and was still drizzling slightly.
Felt pretty good so kept the tempo reasonable - pretty much back to normal.

Te Mata - Green N. - Red - Purple, Blue back from Redwoods.
Feeling reasonable for the first time in over 3 weeks. Able to push a bit harder at times, though was feeling a bit tired on the hills towards the end. Breathing still slightly laboured at times.
