More speed walking. Was thinking of Maureen and the gang doing the VT 100 (100 miles) today and tomorrow, in 95 degrees! Tough! Perhaps in these conditions, walking it all would be advantageous. 30 hours, that's 3.33 miles per hour if you finish on the dot; just a bit slower than my walking pace here.

Note

Great high-bush blueberry picking this year. 3 quarts in 1.5 hours this morning.
