Easy rolling, first time this year. I figured I'd take the classic/combo and do a fair bit of double poling. Skating may have aggravated my hip issue. That felt good on sunny quite afternoon. Did "the loop" in an out and back fashion with with turn-around at Toon lane. Broke left tip off the pole and was wondering about the slipping before I noticed what happened.

Dover Pub Run. I arrived late just as medium-sized crowd of runners left the pub. I knew the route (the Mt Vernon loop) - so just took my time, to get ready, then took off swiftly. I caught up with the slowest ~ mile 1; eventually made my way to the front except to Cam, the lone leader whom I could not catch. Good workout. A warm-up would have been nice.
