Animal flow owwww but shoulder was okay with today's moves

My goodness, I had no idea I was moving so slowly today. I actually felt (after about the first 5 minutes) I was moving nicely and I even ran harder for the last minute or so across the pitches.
Ah well, Garmin never lies eh?
I did throw in a fair bit of hills & offroading - again because I felt I was moving well. Oops.
