Strength & Conditioning (Yoga) 1:00:00 [1]

Having decided last night that getting all the bts boxes by Wednesday was a feat beyond me, I enjoyed a couple of hours in hellhole that is boucher road to get work clothes. Failed. Got nice new hiking trousers though. So it's not all bad.
Back to yoga since the clocks have changed and it's dark at 6pm and sure what else would you be doing. Different teacher, didn't really get in the zen zone, but feel better now.

Well there's a whole big chunk of Belfast that I wouldn't be sorry if I never ever saw again. Got stuck on the wrong side of a peace wall but some friendly locals (I know, I was surprised too) gave me directions and I escaped. The second half was hill, hill and more hill. Oh and more fencing.

Was planning to stop at 90 minutes and walk.....and I did......but then the locals started to freak me out and the firework coefficient was rising, so I wanted to get back to the car and away - hence running.

Out of work ON TIME!!! Therefore nice leisurely walk before pilates. Except I realised I was rapidly running out of time, so ended up running a good chunk of it. In skinny jeans & a cardigan. Lovely.

Love it love it love it. We did flying lunges and I need to fly not so high, as my lower back is hyperextending. He is a very good instructor

Falls & Shankill & running through a peace wall with a sort of no-mans land in the middle which was quite exciting.
Oh and we ran through 2 shopping centres and didn't get accosted by security. Winning.

Arrived late due to 2 sets of roadworks, but not to worry as they were all clustered round an anatomy book when I got there. Fascia. More hip dissociation. Lower back a small bit achy but not major

A guess at distance & time since I am incompetent and kept forgetting to restart my garmin after the road crossings.
More West Belfasting but without my bouncer and with darkness imminent it was probably not one of my wiser decisions. Most of it was fine but one section was not.
The run itself was a bit rubbish, too much traffic, but it's getting me out there. Only 9 more days of points left!!
