I mean I fell asleep so many times in this class. I think like for a second or two at a time, but you know the feeling when you're so warm and comfy and soothing music and zzzzzzzzz.
Very happy to get 1:1 session with Megan :) Good progress on spinal extension but watch side shifting - keep even both sides. Totally, spectacularly stuffed up slow double leg stretch. Repeatedly!
Next week's session again, except subbing in intermediate exercises where relevant. Safe to say I still have a strong dislike of rollover. Hurts my spine.

With Veda, who tied herself in knots round me at the start, stopped dead at th bottom of a hill so I nearly tripped over her, and wrapped her lead round my feet near the end. But that still wasn't the most annoying thing. Got SVT, got 2 lovely traces, but forgot I'm on the basic package so they auto-delete unless I email them straight away. Gah! Oh yeah, great O course, and planned by another junior too :)
Testing next Pilates workout - different challenges this time :) Still shaky shaky Feeling a million times better than y'day.

Wee jog home including 10 x 30-30 round the bridges. Felt like I had excellent form - been a looooong time since I've managed that. No SVT. Which is a pain since I want an episode right about now.
Turned into a v lazy day and got totally floored by a headache & in bed by 9:30. Think Denis's headache trigger points in last night's yoga worked against me. Certainly felt like it was coming from the back of my head & neck, which was super-stretched on Sunday with long long long holds in forward bends.
