Leinster League at Bull Island. Utterly loved it. It's my annual bath.

Forced myself to read the map. It really helped!! Missed one control on account of letting my mind wander off somewhere else, and my legs followed suit. Mind wandered again a few controls later but as luck would have it I saw a flag and it turned out to be mine. Happy days.

Knees really sore from what, about 4k onwards? Stood in the sea when I finished, so I hope it helped.

Will ask for physio advice tomorrow. It's getting too much for me to cope with.

Impromptu dip at Brompton, bloody freeeeeezing. 6 degrees yesterday apparently (that's the water temp btw). Very very cold. Exhilarating.

Stranmillis College parkrun, my 50th different parkrun = cake :)

Walked round an orange course afterwards with Veda. We just weren't fast enough (to the start) to consider the green.

There was snow!

Wildfoot. I'm really really seeing an improvement in my handstands now. Brilliant!
I've struggled since I started with them, so it's very cool to get somewhere.
