"Push" day. Lots of lat activation. Two okay-ish handstands ie didnt land on my face.

Class with Ali. Lots of thoracic extension, which means i spent much of 60 minutes feeling uncomfortable.
Turns out I walk wrong. Who knew.
Should be heel striking through a STRAIGHT leg out in front of me, roll through foot and hip hitch over to bring trail leg through. Glutey.
Shall investigate this new information carefully. If only i knew some people that do a lot of barefoot walking.......
