Yesterday morning I got out of bed and I've pulled something in my upper back when I tried to reach back and tie my hair up. So that's not ideal.
Still not good today, just super-tight at the moment and restricted movement. Might have to take ibuprofen but the coldest day ever for swimming has helped. Proper hardcore Dash & Splash today.
Anyway not sure if this neck/back thing is just bad luck, or precipitated by lots of teaching (up & down off mat) or excessive laptop time, or a flare up from my pelvis being rotated. Hopefully the former and it just needs time to heal.
