Oh I never learn do I. Calves are ridiculously painful this morning on account of running relatively hard on tarmac for 5k and not stretching/cooling down afterwards.
Stairs are ridiculous. And it'll be worse tomorrow.

Ballyclare parkrun, celebrating Davy's 50th different event = cake. I managed not to choke on it, despite the bakery congratulating him on his Park Run.
Had a pain-free, sorta steady run, and a small bit faster at the end. Happy days. It's been a while.
It's not often a S&C workout gets an intensity 2, but this earned it! Alex covered Wildfoot with the boss man & woman being away. Really good technique on kettlebells and ridiculously high intensity all round workout.
Arrived super late to a reformer taster at Studio 36. Glad I eventually made it (traffic woes).

Hooray SUP course. Paddling round Bangor Marina. Almost collided with a rowboat full of sea cadets. Didn't fall in but apparently that'll change a LOT next week. Really good foot & calf workout, balancing on the board.
