Hill Walking 2:30:00 [1] 10.0 km (15:00 / km)

7 7s marshalling at Donard Commedagh col including 2 x ascent of Commedagh. Epic, epic day which began with a 03:30 alarm call. Somehow my body let me keep going all day, and only crashed and burned on Sunday, when it was much more convenient.
Loved this.
Knees in agony on the (second) descent off Commedagh, so that sucks.

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 1:30:00 [1]

Pull day on da skills, so lots of ring work and a (very much assisted) bar muscle up or two but I'm getting better at spiking down and back up.

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 1:30:00 [1]

I've been feeling pretty rubbish physically these past few days, with multiple headaches, very tight neck, feeling very out of alignment etc.
So I was expecting handstands to be rubbish again, particularly since I felt totally dizzy on the way in the door, and was waiting for (more) headache tablets to take effect.
Somehow, I hit up my best handstand ever. When you get it right, it just feels easy.
Loads of cool mobility at the start. I have been doing a wee bit of hip mobility work on my own (similar to what Movement 101 did at Wellfest) and the difference is staggering. Shame I'm not qualified to teach it really.
