Skills = handstands, same as last week so 2 sets X 3 kick ups against the wall, Stephen spotted them all and it went a lot better than last week. Then 3 free standing and it was probs my best ever handstands. Took the JFDI approach today and it seemed to work.
Superset 1 3 sets
Chins X 3. 1st set purple then 2 sets black band
Hip thrusters extra 2.5kg each end so 35kg including bar
Superset 2 3 sets
Dips X 5 purple band.
Bulgarian split squats X 6 each leg. 4kg 6kg 8kg ie increasing each set. Start (and possibly stay) with 8kg next time
Then HIIT carries (2 x 12kg KB) and 8 grasshoppers for 4 minutes
Felt freaking amazing. Honestly. Amazing. Had a flat white this morning. Is that the secret!!!!
Strength & Conditioning (Pilates) 50:00 [1]
A million things in 4 point and plank and my wrists and L forearm are properly knackered and achy. Hopefully it'll settle quickly.
Also I'll be wanting an unnamed chin up by my birthday please thank you.
