Skills
Couple of shoulder stands, then a belly to wall then 3 handstands. Actual handstanding good today esp first one. Wrist is okayyyyyyy. Alex thinks it's from grip and she poked it and it was agony, so that's nice.
Workout
Superset 1 X 3 rounds
Sumo deadlift, tried 30kg with barbell bit my low back immediately complained so I went to 20kg KB and it was fine. Bend knees. Talk to hamstrings to get them to work.
Rockets X 5
Superset 2 x 3 rounds
Dumbbell press (chest press) all rounds with 10s again, 8 reps, no bother.
Bulgarian split squat X 5 each leg, bodyweight.
HIIT
Carries and hanging knee tucks and grasshoppers. Form went a bit pear shaped but I did it.
Massage with Alex after, sore but v beneficial.
