I maybe should log all the mobility I did this evening! Got cracking feedback on my Pilates-inspired mobility, designed for desk bound homeworking laptop folks. Get em moving after work and feeling a million times better, ready for other things. Zoom can be useful, this is something I don't think folk would travel for, but if they can tip off their chair into the sesh, it works.
This evening, those "other things" are sitting by the fire. It's tipping it down outside.
Anyways, have space for 3 more next week if any takers?

Felt truly terrible this morning, with very little sleep, but dammit I did the workout. Lots of squattage - he's doing a lot more legs these days. Which is excellent.
