Still very heavy (this has been a feature of December & January). Been off refined sugar for a fortnight or more now, still very heavy. Disappointed given my fledgling running and back into strength training, but I will keep consistent and, once this work deadline is done, get myself out for longer walks.

At Wildfoot with mum, the dog, some mud and a lot of branches on the path. Ended up running horseshoes instead of full laps. Wee play on the rings after plus got me a KB.

Barefoot on the pitches, it's a total swamp, and a really nice new waterfeature to splosh through too. Leggings may never recover, even with the wash in the new pond every lap.
Left calf is still not perfect but it seems much happier with barefoot, and much happier with pitches, than shoes & tarmac.
Numbness & pain in foot has completely disappeared for now :)

Greatly enjoyed this, there was no-one on the pitches so there were lots of birds searching for worms, and lots more in the trees searching for true love (I assume) so it was really enjoyable.

Animal flow with Aga. So very difficult. I'm finding my R shoulder is holding me back. I must ask her for ideas. Also gonna get back to the hanging etc. Think I am also getting the effects of disappeared lats etc

Round the pitches with miss Veda who could NOT be annoyed with it. So a lot of encouragement and dragging and trying of my patience. Must remember to leave her at home next time.
