Sunday Feb 14 #

12 PM

Running 17:35 [2] 2.53 km (6:58 / km) +3m 6:55 / km
shoes: Black Vivo FGs

Lots of weather out there today - in my face for the first half, then practically shoved me back home again :)
Calf still not great and I'm getting lazy about working on it. Writing this down to remind myself who is to blame when it becomes An Injury rather than A Niggle.

Saturday Feb 13 #

12 PM

Running 6:41 [2] 1.02 km (6:35 / km)
shoes: Vivo Primus FG

Tiny trot in the snow. Went for a 10k walk in the snow earlier, and marvelled at squirrels, robins, geese, 2 swans and a varied selection of ducks.

Friday Feb 12 #

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 1:00:00 [1]

With Stephen. MAJOR struggle to haul myself out of bed, but I did :)
Full range push ups by using the arm of the sofa = DOMS due tomorrow

Thursday Feb 11 #

Strength & Conditioning (Pilates) 55:00 [1]

Really enjoyed this week's
12 PM

Running 20:11 [2] 2.53 km (7:59 / km)
shoes: Saucony Peregrine Trail

I should probably be alarmed that this pace is so similar to yesterday.......since this was litterpicking shuttle runs. The wind had whipped a whole plethora of litter against the fence at the back of pitch, so I did my good deed and shuttled it to the bin. Left the burst dog poo bags behind.

Wednesday Feb 10 #

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 45:00 [1]

Animal flow owwww but shoulder was okay with today's moves
9 AM

Running 19:38 intensity: (18:38 @2) + (1:00 @3) 2.53 km (7:45 / km) +5m 7:41 / km
shoes: Saucony Peregrine Trail

My goodness, I had no idea I was moving so slowly today. I actually felt (after about the first 5 minutes) I was moving nicely and I even ran harder for the last minute or so across the pitches.
Ah well, Garmin never lies eh?
I did throw in a fair bit of hills & offroading - again because I felt I was moving well. Oops.
