Strength & Conditioning (Yoga) 5:00:00 intensity: (4:00:00 @0) + (1:00:00 @1)

Yoga quarter day retreat. Was good. Would have been more good if my phone battery hadn't died during the final class. Bringing a duvet down was an inspired decision, though.

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 1:00:00 [1]

Enjoyed today. Body broadly feeling not-painful.

Running 6:48 [2] 1.01 km (6:43 / km)
shoes: Vivo Primus FG

Very little trot, bizarrely with a tailwind the whole time, despite travelling in a loop.

Mobility with Aga, remarkably torture-free this evening. Found me a reallllllly good neck stretch which hits where I get super-tight. If it helps, it's fab. She described it as a traps stretch, and that traps get tight from pull ups. So is this as simple as what's been going on the whole time??? I have not found anything as effective previously

Strength & Conditioning (Wildfoot) 45:00 [1]

Animal flow with Aga. I enjoyed this more this week - it was easier.....
Added 3 sets of 3 green band pull ups after

Note

Really bored with my weight being stuck now. It seems I need to come up with a better strategy. Thought that cutting out processed sugar (mostly) and my 4-times-a-week running would do it.
I suppose the runs are only very short, but still. Was hoping to crack open the Whole Nut soon.

shoes: Black Vivo FGs

Yog with the dog. Who, as usual, did not overly want to yog.
