Barefoot on the pitches. Still squishy off the nicely drained pitches, which is good. Weirdly quiet, even though it was late morning on a gorgeous sunny day, so that was great. Birds singing away.
I wonder what happens tomorrow - does my training plan app realise that it's supposed to flick onto stage 2 tomorrow?
