Strength & Conditioning (Mobility) 35:00 [1]

Gymming it (after cycling and teaching already). Feeling good today.

Earbuds in, some Stability Builder (coordination and plyo, needs work! But I did the plyos in some fashion, so let's see how legs and feet are tomorrow) followed by dumbbell shoulder rotations from August reset camp.

Cycle home, out for lunch, a good start to the day

Look at me with a teeny bit of running.

10 min walk, then 7 min jog / 1 min walk / 7 min jog, then walk home. Going to add on 15 minutes of Pilates here to make it up to half an hour. Gorgeous evening out. I'm dutifully trying to ignore the pace, and instead trying to celebrate the ability to get out and run a bit.
