Note

Quite sore today really. Feels like DOMSy delts but I assume from impact. Knees very stabby. I don't know what their excuse is. Need some overall WD40

Strength & Conditioning (Mobility) 12:00 [1]

Bees knees in the gym. I was able to cycle over and back too - I wasn't sure if I'd be able to hold the handlebars, but it was okay.
No lasting damage I wouldn't think, hands are starting to heal already, and just minor achy bits elsewhere

Tuesday trot home again, minus garmin readings once again, as I only succeeded in starting my watch when I thought I was pressing stop.

This means that I don't know how long I spent on the ground. Tripped over my own two feet on the greenway (that's a question I'll deal with on another day - shouldn't be crossover of feet) and that lovely rough surface rushed up to meet me. Just road rash on heels of hands, small cut to L eyebrow (thankfully didn't crack head off the ground, it was a gentle landing by that time, the hands took the most of it). Bit of a graze L lower leg. Most importantly, no-one saw.

Was fine to jog the rest home. Apart from that 60-second interlude, was feeling plenty good.
