Mountain bike 25:00 [3]

Working nights, decided last minute to ride to work so I missed out on the single track commute but at least the ride consisted of mostly trails along the river even if they were paved.

Trail run 1:00:00 [3]

Solo run out and back through the trails at Heritage Ranch. Longest run in a long time, it was slow but I was happy I was able to keep the legs moving that long. There is always the threat of a moose encounter along these trails, I know they are in there so it adds an element of danger and excitement.

Mountain bike 3:00:00 [3]

Trip to west Bragg Creek today with AQ, DH guy, Pres and DS. All strong riders that had to wait for me on the ups. Much different than riding in ON here it is long continuous lung busting, leg aching climbs all for the sweet, fast rolling, twisty, long down hills. Rode two sections then I was done. The fastys went for one more climb while I stayed back and did a nice solo trek on foot. Some snow was seen up top today.

Hike 40:00 [2]

Attempted a run while the fastys went for another climb. My legs just didn't want to run, not up hill anyhow so it turned into a beautiful hike in the foothills with the snow capped mountains as a back drop. Bragg trails were busy by noon, it is obviously a very popular place to ride this time of year and for good reason.
