OPHM in the fog. Felt good pre-race other than right calf bit tight. Within 400m of starting left thigh hurt. Very painful each stride. Tried several techniques to overcome without success. Close to stopping end of lap 2 but toughed it out. Reasonably ok near end of lap 4 until mid lap 5 which was only respite. Possibly cold, damp day didn't help otherwise no idea what brought it on. Glad pushed through it but will have to see what it's like tomorrow!
