Run on treadmill. high heart rate. Ran in new shoes - Scott Trail runners. - felt pretty good. The toes actually felt better running than walking. Walk warm up and cool down. Very slow running 4.3 to 4.5

1000 yards of swimming. done in sets of 100 or 200. Just getting used to the water again. Very happy that my 100 times were at about 1:55. I know I was not swimming any sort of length but I was expecting 2:05 type numbers. Once I lose some weight I might actually get fast.
