At Community Center, using upright stationary bike. Easy effort, reading a book. Still have considreable cough.

First outside ride in a long time. Out and backs on the canal path to the east. Headwind out at 12mph, tailwind back at 15-16mph. Felt OK but heart rate was elevated.

old spinning bike. First ride coming back from cold/bronchitis. Coughed a lot after the ride. Calmed down with inhaler use.

Recovering from cold --> bronchitis. Went to yoga today for first time in a week and the insturctor was sick. Class cancelled.
