Rouvy Covadonga - average watts 120, required route for Regional Class. Felt a bit tired today. Coasted any downs greater than 30 mph. Tried to stay under 2.2 W/kg. Pushed a bit in final half mile to get under 1:20; otherwise under control for whole ride.

Rouvy Cow Creek - basic trainer - too easy but great for a recovery ride. I had to back off at end to avoid breaking my prior very hard PR. Average watts = 151. Not real!

Rouvy Col de la Colmiane from Nice - new PR by 18 seconds. Started easy, averaged 15 mph for first 22+ miles. Then kept it medium up first half of the climb. Final two miles done pretty hard in order to get under 3:20. Average watts = 126. Only had one short stop at the 24 mile mark, about 2:40 of zero power rest. Butt hurt over the final hour, especially the final three miles.
This route gave me my third challenge of the Elite level and now I'm a Regional guy.

Rouvy - Miles Challenge - Alpenbrevet - Lukmanierpass - lots of climbing and long downhill before easier final climb. Use sparty79 as virtual pacer. Chased him for first 40+ minutes then moved ahead. Stayed in leader over first summit and kept a small lead of a minute or two until the finish when opened it up to three minutes. 8:24 zero power time when I could coast at >30 mph on big descent. Average power 129 watts, normalized power 136 watts.

Rouvy Miles Challenge SKODA Velotour Skyline - 138 watts average - 25 miles mostly flat with one long climb and long descent to finish. Used TT bike simulation. Averaged 20 mph for first 14 miles to start of the climb. Went too hard toward end and set a PR by about a minute.

Rouvy Cortina d'Ampezzo - Passo Valparola - final required route on Elite level. Now just need one more challenge to move up. Started easy enough. Got to the final mile and saw I had a chance to go under 1:30. Just missed by seven seconds. 135 watts average for whole route. Final split included 156 average watts for 10 minutes.
