Rouvy Final 10 miles of Tatajia Hill Climb - done as easy as reasonable/possible. 122 average watts, 6.5 mph, 98 TSS points. Legs pretty dead. Lots of gear changes with bands of 10-15% grade and bands of 3-5%. Hard to find a rhythm.

Rouvy Race Caves Route - 140 watts average. No problems with AR app. Did this race in Map Mode, Riders Near Me display off, at start, waited 30 seconds for all the fast people to depart. Was perhaps 700th place by first split at 5.6 miles and dropped back a little more in the next split distance. Maybe passed a few in the final miles. Tired from yesterdays really long ride on Col de la Colmiane.

Averaged 10 mph for whole route. Just going for a finish. 123 average watts. Took 2 rest stops with 5:51 zero power. Knees a bit tender by finish and after. Only six minutes slower than personal record.
