Felt surprisingly good considering rides done in Double Points weekend. Was going to go medium distance today but Anne let me know that was not a good idea. Didn't intend to go hard today but being time constrained go me going and I kept going. First 3.41 miles 152 watts average, final 3.42 miles 157 watts average!
