Rouvy IRONMAN Canada 40km - 132 watts average. Flat trending downhill except for one middle size hill and a few ripples. Used road bike, would have been considerably faster with TT bike, especially for the second half of the ride which trended downhill. First ride of evening.

Rouvy Cadillac Mountain - 125 watts average. Second ride of the evening. Felt tired. Mostly climbed in 30 x 32 gear at steady easy effort. Put in a kick at the end to finish under 32 minutes. Turned out to be a PR despite second ride and tired legs. Now within 46 points of World Class level in Rouvy Career.

Rouvy Predazzo-Passo S.Pellegrino (TN-Italy) - easy effort for most of ride. The bits of 12% and over felt like I needed another lower gear to be comfortable spinning. At end I put on a push to finish under 1:40. Got a PR by fiive seconds! 133 watts average.
