Running 25:00 [3]
For my first spring running session in Baltimore I ran on the NCR trail from my usual parking spot to the bridge for about 20 minutes and then turned around. My goal was to run 30 minutes and then do some walking but at about minute 23 I started feeling some pain in my left knee. I tried to ignore if for a couple of minutes and make it to the 30 minute mark but the pain didn't go away and I thought it would be silly to overdo it on the first day. So I walked most of the way back and my knee felt okay walking on it. So hopefully I will be able to just bring up the time slowly.
