I walked to Ikes after dropping off the car to get the Check Engine light checked out - again. I chilled out there for a while and had some yummy chocolate and coffee mixed together and then walked about 2 miles home.

I ran to WOG with Cristina and then kept on running back on the north side of Reid. I walked when I got to the 'hood as a cool down. It felt pretty sluggish for the last 10 minutes but I just kept chugging away.

Biked 3 Km before my back tire blew out and then walked most of the way back until Cristina rescued me. It was a nice walk back aside from mild chafing from my cycling sandals.

Sprint course at Reid Park. I ran probably 30-40% of the course? Something like that. It was ridiculously hot out even for September in Tucson. Lame weather but good fun at Reid Park.

I walked back and forth from Reid Park for a warm up and cool down. I ran around the entire loop listening to Mika. I forgot my fancy watch but I clocked the loop part as 34 minutes. I just chugged along and after I got into the music if felt pretty good!
