Rode to and from the hospital for my lifestyle fitness challenge testing today. How hard core is that!
Running 15:00 [3] 1.5 mi (10:00 / mi)

For the running part of my 2nd fitness test I did an even 15 minutes for my 1.5 mile run. I only got 36/50 points for that so that's where I need to improve. On the plus side I passed the challenge so I got a sweatshirt! They may take away the free day off prize at the end of the year, which is sort of why I signed up for it in the first place... but these other prizes are pretty good.... the bag Cristina keeps swiping... the sweatshirt seems pretty cool...
Did I mention that I could barely rest my weight on my arms biking home from the push-up portion of the test?
