Running 50:00 [3] 4.0 mi (12:30 / mi)
shoes: Purple cow

Ran 2 miles with Cristina to catch the end of WOG in Reid Park. We were on some kind of mission to return a water bottle. I was worried because my blood sugar was 109 starting out but I had 2 fig newtons and it seemed to hold up. We rested and stretched for a bit before doing the 2 miles back home. Cristina ran circles around me but I kept a slow and steady pace. The weather is starting to turn bearable - can't wait for the fall!

Running 30:00 [3] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Orange Trail Runners

Quick run near Show Low on a surprisingly steep trail. Ugh. Once we got over that part it was nice to run in the woods and the views were good. I felt extremely tired towards the end - not sure if it was the elevation or the hills.

Hiking 2:10:00 [3]
shoes: Orange Trail Runners

Hike up to (almost) the top of Escudillo Mountain. I might have mispelled that. We were followed up by some people on horseback which looked like a lot of fun.

Running 35:00 [3] 3.0 mi (11:40 / mi)
shoes: Purple cow

I was planning on only running for 20 minutes or so this morning since I haven't run in a while. I walked for 8 minutes as a warm-up before Cristina doubled back and guilted me into running. Then I surprised myself by running around the whole loop and most of the way back to the house!

Cycling 1:00:00 [3] 9.0 mi (6:40 / mi)

Today I rode in to work for the first time in about a year. In the year the hospital doubled in size and the bike lockers moved 1/4 of the way around the hospital in a different configuration. I forgot my "nursing" shoes and the number to my bike locker. Cristina came to my rescue with my and figured out which bike locker was mine! I have front and back lights, and bright green neon wiring that is battery powered and makes my bike look like a Christmas decoration.
