Ran off on Ankerveien for about 40 minutes. I started to feel a bit more zippy toward the end so hopefully I will get back into good training mode again after two weeks of sloth-like behavior.

Hiking with Caroline up to Vettakollen and then to Frognerseteren for some delicious apple pastry slathered in whipped cream. Totally worth the walk!
