Hiking 2:00:00 [3]

We opted not to take baths in Hot Springs, AR so we had time for a hike on the sunset trail. This trail was nice although we were close to a road about half the time. The whole loop would have taken all day. My knee hurt a teeny bit, especialluy going downhill but it doesn't seem to hurt now.

I added raspberry ice in my camelback today. Aside from staining the bladder red it was a great idea because it motivated me to drink a lot more water than usual.

Hiking 1:20:00 [2]

Hiking on flat trails in MD on kind of a drizzly day. I went out on my own just because I wanted to be able to turn around quickly (with no regrets) if the weather turned ugly. The walk felt good, if it hadn't been raining I would have felt like running:) It would be great if we kept up this warm weather - it makes it so much more fun to be outside. Of course it can't be that warm if I am comfortable wearing my winter silks under my uniform pants in clinical.

Speaking of clinical, I think I'm going to start logging my clinical hours. Each time we pass a "drug" bust on our home visits my heart rate must jump up into the fat burning zone.
