Run/Walk 25:00 [3]

I ran around the neighborhood and had to walk when I got tired or had to cross a busy street:) Oh, also when I saw houses for sale and had to go check them out. I saw one for 625 K. Say what? In the University area with no land?! Ridiculous.

Blood sugar before leaving 197 and I gave 1/2 unit. I ended up after the run at 153 so I basically was not affected by the flat run. May be some delayed effect of course.

Cycling (mountain bike) 1:00:00 [2] 9.5 mi (6:19 / mi)

I biked over to Reid Park to run. It took a little longer than expected but then again, I was riding my commuting bike. My sugar was high before I started after breakfast, but I thought it would go down with all the exercise so I lowered my basals to 80% early and took off a unit for breakfast. Perhaps one or the other would have been better to do since the activity was long but not that challenging.

Running 14:00 [3]

After riding to Reid Park I walked to the nearest water fountain, rested for a bit, saw a dog drinking from that same water fountain, and then ran back. Note to self: Buy a hat and bring a water bottle.
