Cycling 1:30:00 [2]

I biked up to First and River for a class on becoming a charge nurse. Since I've been doing the job of charge since March it was perhaps less helpful than it was supposed to be. I still got a lot out of it though, and I was paid (and it wasn't gross).

I did feel gross biking home. My bike ride in the morning was invigorating and only took about 40 minutes. The bike home was slightly uphill and I felt like I could have walked faster than I was biking at times. At one point when I was nearly home I stopped at a red light and I really felt like I might throw up. I'm not sure if it was the heat or just the smell of my smelly biking clothes. However I'm sure that resuming my normal biking schedule will be helpful in getting into shape.
