This was my first run in a while. My goal was to run for 30 minutes, and I did so - just barely - with Cristina encouraging me at the end.

2 laps around Reid Park. Some NPR podcasts and Aerosmith helped take my mind off the bumpy pavement on the southern edge of the park.
