Today was mostly a walk but a tiny bit of running in the Tucson Mountains from the 36th street parking lot. I forgot my Garmin so I'm not sure how long it was.

As part of our new "exploring southern Arizona" tour this week we checked out Colossal Cave. This cave had a lovely park around it and we went for a little hike around some campsites.

OK so this was the first time I've ever put out controls and I'm excited about it. Cristina flagged some controls on her white course at Cat Mountain and I put them out that morning. Good times.
