Tennis (group lesson) 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: Purple cow

First lesson in a 5 week series of adult beginner tennis instruction at Randolph. The first session was awesome. We switched up drills and pseudo-games pretty often and there were only 5 people in the class. Somebody showed up to class who had been a varsity tennis player. Seriously folks, if you've played varsity level tennis I don't think you qualify for a beginners class - even if it was a few years ago.
It was a lot of fun but my right forearm is pretty sore now. My blood sugar was 115 before I started, basals reduced to 30% and I ate a small bowl of cereal. End blood sugar 350s. Yikes! I guess tennis drills don't lower the sugar like running. Probably when we get better I'll have to adjust for more game time.
